Level 2 Aerial Fabric

Details: Are you ready for the next level of aerial fabrics (also known as aerial silks or aerial tissue)? Students will get acquainted with low movement and become comfortable in the air in basic climbs and descents as well as learning graceful positions in footlocks. Technique, body awareness/alignment, and injury prevention will be emphasized.

This class is open to student age 15 and up. Students must have taken an entire CBDC Intro to Aerial Dance Class session or receive prior approval.

WHEN: Tuesdays, February 24-March 17
