 Friday 5:30 – 7:30 - The Foundation: Feet, Knees and hips. This class will build an understanding of stability in our poses and in out lives.
Saturday 9-11 - The Core Abs, Low Back and Deeper. This class will connect the lower body to the upper body, and the lower chakras the higher chakras.
Sunday 9-11 - The Upper Body Shoulders, Chest and Neck. This class is meant to raise our awareness of the breath and calm the mind.
$108 for all 3 classes pre-registration
$40 per class – pre registration
$45 per class at the door
Each class will include a brief Dharma talk (philosophy and Ayurveda), Asanas, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation (dhyana).
Private sessions will be available for advanced asanas or therapeutic issues.
