Creative Clay: Hand Building and Wheel Throwing for All Levels
(Adults and Young Adults Ages 16+)
This semester, we are offering our Adult Clay class in a flexible format that allows even those of us with the busiest of schedules the opportunity to fit a little creativity and clay into our week. There will be two, four-week sessions offered as a structured class with the opportunity to work the fifth week independently to finish projects or practice newly learned skills. Each session will be taught by a different instructor which gives you the chance to learn from different styles and helps you find your own. Take only one session or link both together for a full semester of hands-on time in the Clay Studio. Attention to the particular interests and the work of each individual will be emphasized. $125/Session includes all supplies. Gunnison Arts Center Clay Studio.
First Session: Wednesdays, September 24 - October 15. 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.4 weeks. Open work session (no instructor) on October 22. Instructor: Sheila Anderson.
Second Session: Wednesdays, October 29 - November 19. 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. 4 weeks. Open work session (no instructor) on December 3rd. Instructor: Karen Immerso.
