Yogalates - Dance Movement Therapy

Details: Yogalates - Dance Movement Therapy (Ages 13 - Adult)
Mondays, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.  September 22 - December 1.
Thursdays, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. September 25 - December 4.
Thursdays, 8:15 - 9:15 p.m. September 25 - December 4.
Examine your artistic voice and discover the mental and physical gains through movement. Derived from a combination of dance, Pilates and yoga, students will experience total body-conditioning paired with artistic exploration. Students encouraged to bring a yoga mat. $85 for 10 classes or $10 drop-in. Gunnison Arts Center’s Dance Studio. Instructor: Sarah Marvel Wattles.
