 Playwriting for Community Theater Saturday, August 21st. 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Via Zoom. How does one go about writing plays for community groups? What are the expectations of a producing organization, of the actors and directors, and of the audience? What kinds of plays make for a memorable performance? Join Dr. Edwards for an informative, creative discussion, and be prepared to share questions and ideas. Participants will come away from the workshop with fresh perspectives, useful resources, and an inspiration to write new dramatic work. Instructor: Paul Edwards, $90/student
