 The Gunnison Country Chamber of Commerce along with West Central Small Business Development Center and ICELab are pleased to offer the third event in our free Winter 2020 Education Series. The Essentials of Retailing presented by Ashley Pynes Retail is more than just selling the things you love – there’s a science behind what you sell, how you sell, and to whom you sell. By implementing some simple key metrics to understand what is helping and what could be hurting your business, we will discuss what you can do to create a customer experience that will get your cash register ringing and your income statement singing! Participants will gain insight regarding: • Keys to bringing in visitors and converting them to customers; • Product mix to retain customer conversion; • Inventory management to create efficiencies; • Controlling costs & overhead; and • Key metrics to help identify successes or concerns.
