 Yoga for Active Seniors is just what it sounds like! We utilize chairs, blocks, bands and bolsters to create a yoga practice JUST RIGHT for seniors who live an active lifestyle. This class is the perfect compliment to a summer of gardening, hiking and biking. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Classes are $10/each cash or check or you can purchase 10 classes for $90. Sanctuary Somatics is located in Gunnison at 513 South Main Street. ALLLLLL the way down south Main street (almost to the airport runway).
