Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 - 12:30 pm. January 18 - May 26. Lift your seat, tone your muscles, and feel the burn in this barre workout class. We’ll use the fundamentals of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to sculpt long lean dancer bodies. All of the movements are small and will work each of your muscles to fatigue. This is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to not only make you stronger physically but also mentally. Instructor: Alex Rodriguez. $10 drop-ins. Punch card options: 10 sessions: $70/student $60/members 20 sessions: $120/student 102/members
