 Opening at Gunnison's First Friday ArtWalk & Music Friday, April 1, 5 - 7 pm Show Dates: April 1 - 29 Main Gallery: Gunnison High School Senior Excellence Exhibit Every April, the GAC fills its Main Gallery with the young creative minds of artists within the third and fourth year art program at Gunnison High School. This exhibit is a creative “capstone” experience in which to display their work. Each artist’s unique style is accentuated through the use of many different media. Tredway Gallery: Spring Bling Jewelry Fair Calling all jewelers! Need a little extra sparkle? Looking for a unique, hand-made, local piece? There will be something for everyone in this Spring Bling Jewelry Fair! Are you a jeweler looking for a creative way to sell your work or get your name out there? This may be the perfect start. The GAC is now accepting applications to join the Fair. Booth fee $20, $15/members. Applications and details can be found on the GAC website. Please submit your application by March 25. Main Gallery: “High Country Home” by Hannah Cryder Multi-Media 2-Dimensional Work This series explores the things that make Gunnison home and pulls inspiration from my home in south-central Alaska as well. The series highlights landscapes, wildlife, and the the lifestyle of the valley so many of us call home.
