 French Macarons Elevate your baking to the next level as you learn to master the macaron. Though macarons are notoriously finicky - even for accomplished pastry chefs – with expert, hands-on instruction students learn to create colorful, elegant pastries that look as though they’re fresh from a Parisian patisserie.
