Attention Gunnison Valley! Join Western Colorado University’s Center for Public Lands and the Gunnison Ranger District on December 10th to learn more about the possible creation of an Adaptive Management Group. The US Forest Service is completing a NEPA process for proposed forest health treatments in Taylor Park. Considering the ecological and economic needs of the broader community, local stakeholders have proposed the formation of a group of representative stakeholders to foster inclusive, transparent, and effective collaboration with the USFS. Come and be a part of the future of Taylor Park! ? Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
