The spring mud closure is now in effect at Hartmans Rocks, with all trails and roads closed to motorized, mechanized (bikes) and horses as the trails dry out (it’s a muddy mess out there right now). Trail and road closures to protect the Gunnison sage grouse and big game are also in effect in Signal Peak and on the trails south of Powerline road at Hartman Rocks.
