 All levels Community Style Cardio Dance Class! Pre registration required. Let's get moving, be in our bodies! At Jones studio, @ CB Center for the Arts. Pre registration is requested, keeping class size small for spaciousness and social distancing. If you wish to attend class, please e-mail me. Feel free to pay ahead of time to secure your spot. I will confirm your spot after hearing from you. All levels welcome. No experience needed. Pls bring water, clean sneakers or barefeet fine ??
