Expand your palate as you experience the subtleties and intricacies of wine in this three-part series, curated and presented by Sommelier Aaron Tomcak of Mountain Spirits Liquors. Travel to Spain, Oregon and Italy throughout these laid-back classes, learning how to describe a wine’s taste and smell; how to judge a wine’s color, aroma, flavor and body; and the meaning of such wine concepts as dryness, acidity, fruitiness, tannins, varietals and vintages. Price includes heavy appetizers from Chef Tim Egelhoff and tasting flights of 4 - 6 wines. Series Location: The Center King Community Room.
