 Creating Guitar Music: Square One and Beyond Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:00 pm. September 11 – October 30. Are you a player with prior experience who needs to go back to square one? Have you mastered the basic skills and would like to develop your songwriting abilities? This two-hour guitar class is for people ages 16 on up ranging from guitar beginners to developing intermediate players. In this course, you will learn to create improvised and/or arranged song accompaniments and solos. The first hour of class will introduce new concepts and skills, with ongoing individual review. The second hour of class shall be devoted to independent practice along with individual coaching. Joey will meet you at your expertise level and help you develop the skills to advance. Students must bring their own guitar. Min. 4 students. Instructor: Joey Driven. $100/student, $85/members.
