Adult Aerial Conditioning: Session 1

Location: 102 S. Main Street
Details: Adult Aerial Conditioning Mondays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Session 1: September 16 – October 21. Session 2: October 28 – December 9. No class 11/25. In this class students will gain an understanding of body conditioning and how to apply it to aerial dance. Students will go through beginner moves and also work on sequencing them on the Lyra and Sling. No previous experience or strength required. You will gain the strength as you learn! Instructor: Alexandria Rodriguez. $65/student, $55.25/members.
