Stretch Relax Release Workshop with Leia Morrison Let's spend our Sunday mornings stretching out those tired, stiff muscles! These special Sunday workshops will focus on slow flow, deep stretching, mindfulness practices and a LOOOOONG guided relaxation at the end. Think about it like a trip to the spa! Workshops are $15 cash or check at the door or are free for anyone participating in my RockItober fitness group. If you have a yoga mat and blankets, please bring them. There will be some mats available for use. Enter through the courtyard (outside staircase) at the Gunnison Arts Center. Workshops take place in the dance studio upstairs. Please use Facebook messenger to ask questions, save your spot for a workshop or to sign up for the RockItober Fitness group.
