 Honor the longest day of the year with one of yoga’s most powerful and transformative traditions. Join Desirae, Leia, and Rylee for a guided Yoga Mala, a moving meditation consisting of 108 Sun Salutations practiced in community. After our practice, we'll gather to celebrate the Summer Solstice with refreshing libations, light snacks, and community connection. Stay, mingle, and enjoy the company of fellow practitioners as we welcome the season of sunshine, growth, and possibility. The number 108 holds deep significance across many spiritual traditions and serves as a symbol of wholeness, connection, and new beginnings. As we move together through this intentional practice, each round becomes an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, cultivate resilience, and welcome the abundant energy of the Summer Solstice. This experience is not about perfection or pushing beyond your limits. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, rest when necessary, and honor their unique journey. Whether you complete all 108 salutations or simply participate in the energy of the practice, you are part of the collective experience. Expect movement, breath, music, encouragement, and a powerful sense of connection as we celebrate the light, the season ahead, and the strength of our community. All levels are welcome. Modifications and rest options will be offered throughout the practice. Come ready to sweat, breathe, reflect, and step into summer with intention. ????
