The Crested Butte Dance Collective offers weekly Aerial classes to the Center this summer to help you hone your skills at your own pace.
AERIAL CONDITIONING
Climbing, pulling, flipping upside-down and holding yourself in challenging positions in the air, you will build amazing overall body strength in this class. We will be working with lyra and aerial fabric as well as floor exercises including handstand conditioning and stretching. Aerial Conditioning focuses on balancing strength, flexibility, functionality and ease of movement. This class is open to students age 15 and up, all levels and never-evers and is a great way to build up strength and confidence for instructed aerial class sessions.
