 Barre Sculpt Intensive: Tuesdays & Thursdays, August 11 - 27. 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Tues. & Thurs. In-person classes. Thursdays also live on Zoom. We’ll use the fundamentals of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to sculpt long lean dancer bodies. This is a low impact, full body workout designed to not only make you stronger physically but also mentally. No dance experience required! Guys welcome! Bring your own yoga mat (optional: 2-5 lb. hand weights, resistance bands, sm. Pilates ball and/or yoga blocks.) No supplies will be provided by the GAC. Instructor: Alexandria Rodriguez. Min 4 students to run. Maximum of 10 students in the dance studio. No drop-ins accepted. $72/student, $62/GAC members. Tuesday in-person sessions only: $36, 30/members Thursday in-person session only: $36, 30/members Thursday live Zoom only: $36, 30/members
